The Library and Knowledge Services Team continues to work with the Lincolnshire Talent Academy to offer work experience placements to high school students. Work experience placements are a great way of encouraging young people to consider working in libraries; a placement gives them a practical insight into the skills they'd need to learn and the different roles to choose from.
